I am responsible for developing auser-friendly GUI for a 360 x 960 TFt screen display using LVGL and esp32s3. I also implemented drivers and peripherals in SPI, I2C and USB, enabling interaction between esp32s3 and LCD ST7701S screen controller, TCA8414 keypad matrix and a barcode scanner.

I developed and implemented an algorithm for detecting and reporting scooter tip-over using an ICM-42670 IMU connected to a quad-core ARM Cortex-A72 processor over I2C, resulting in an increase in revenue. Additionally, I am responsible for the development on a custom Linux development for QCM 2290 using Yocto project. Following that, I also modify the device tree for ARM Cortex-A72 to accommodate connection to new hardware modules.

I developed firmware for the Maixduino board, enabling essential features, including WiFi provisioning, over-the-air (OTA) updates, and MQTT connection . Additionally, I created firmware using ESP-IDF for accessing 3d position, velocity, distance, angle, noise data from a K-LD7 and IWR1843 radar sensor over UART. Furthermore, I implemented C firmware for uploading images and downloading configuration files from AWS S3 utilizing RESTful APIs.

I developed firmware for energy-efficient wireless sensor networks utilizing a deep sleep/wake algorithm for sensor data reading and transmission to AWS cloud. Additionally, I implemented various peripherals and protocols including software timers, interrupts, UART, EEPROM and I2C. I also integrated AWS IOT features- such as thing management, device shadow and jobs into an ESP32-based smart socket using FreeRTOS and ESD-IDF.
