We are supporting a large-scale Zero Trust and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) transformation program for a global enterprise client. We are looking for an Operational Senior Zscaler Engineer with strong hands-on experience in ZIA and ZPA environments to lead enterprise-scale deployments, optimization, and migration initiatives. This is a highly visible role working alongside Security, Network, Cloud, and Infrastructure teams to modernize secure connectivity and accelerate Zero Trust adoption. The ideal consultant will combine deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder communication and architecture capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Zscaler solutions across enterprise environments.
• Deliver and support ZIA and ZPA implementations in complex hybrid infrastructures.
• Drive Zero Trust and SSE/SASE transformation initiatives.
• Configure and manage:
  • Traffic forwarding
  • SSL inspection
  • Policy management
  • Authentication integrations
  • App segmentation
  • Access policies
• Integrate Zscaler with:
  • Identity providers (Azure AD / Entra ID, Okta, Ping)
  • SIEM platforms
  • Endpoint security solutions
  • Cloud environments
• Troubleshoot complex networking and security issues across distributed environments.
• Collaborate with Network, IAM, Cloud, and Security Architecture teams.
• Produce technical documentation, HLDs, LLDs, and operational runbooks.
• Provide best practice guidance around Zero Trust architecture and secure access strategy.
• Support migration away from traditional VPN technologies.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Zscaler deployments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
  • ZIA (Zscaler Internet Access)
  • ZPA (Zscaler Private Access)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Zero Trust Architecture
  • SSE / SASE
  • Secure web gateways
  • Cloud security
  • Network security
• Experience with authentication and identity integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting capability across network and security domains.
• Experience working within large global enterprise environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting skills.

• ZDTA – Zscaler Digital Transformation Administrator
