Als Chef werk je doorgaans zelfstandig, met de ondersteuning van één of twee (deeltijd) assistenten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken en de voortgang in de keuken van het bedrijf. Dit omvat de (technische) supervisie en bereiding van gerechten, evenals het beheer van de operationele randvoorwaarden, zoals voorraadbeheer en bestellingen bij voornamelijk vaste leveranciers. Je levert input voor de samenstelling en aanpassing van de menu's en bereidingsmethoden.
