In this role, you will work as a youth coach within an intensive Fasttrack approach for young people and young adults impacted by the childcare benefits scandal. Your focus will be on guiding youth with setbacks in various life areas, including income, debt, housing, health, and psychosocial stability. You will work outreach, recovery-oriented, and systematically towards stabilization, trust, and future perspectives. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team and make a meaningful contribution in a complex urban context.
Wat ga je doen
- After a short and intensive onboarding program, you will build your own caseload according to fixed quality standards.
- You will support young people and young adults with complex multiple casework across different life areas.
- You will work according to the four or eight-eye principle and document professionally and carefully.
- You will provide systematic guidance using the Amsterdam Custom Method (AMM).
- You will proactively report on progress and timely signal when additional support is needed.
- You will work interculturally sensitively and be able to act relationally and with boundaries.
- You will remain involved until the young person has achieved sufficient stability.
- You will be deployed flexibly across all locations in Greater Amsterdam.
