Together with the branch manager, Bas Sanders, and the front office, you will be the heartbeat of our workshop. You ensure structure, clarity, and a positive work atmosphere. With your technical knowledge and people-oriented approach, you lead the team, monitor planning and progress, and get hands-on when necessary.
