The Role

We are seeking a proactive Working Student to support our Client Advisory & Solutions team in business development efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience in the investment sector while collaborating with seasoned professionals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enhance presentations and client materials.
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of meetings and proposals.
• Maintain CRM data and aid in pipeline management.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Coordinate information gathering for RFPs and RFIs.
• Support client and prospect events.
• Assist with business development initiatives and commercial projects.
• Help identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in investments and financial markets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and AI tools such as Copilot.

Additional Information

• Available approximately 2 days per week.
