The Role

We are seeking a Working Student | Brand & Multimedia Designer to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will leverage your design skills to enhance ADC's brand across various channels. You will create high-quality visuals for events and campaigns, manage design assets, and ensure our visual identity remains consistent.

Responsibilities

• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos for events and campaigns.
• Maintain and organize the ADC visual asset library for easy access.
• Manage the presentation library, ensuring slides are up-to-date and on-brand.
• Create visual assets for campaigns and events, both physical and digital.
• Develop custom decks for significant occasions and refresh templates on Canva and HubSpot.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communication, Design, or a related field.
• Experience or a strong portfolio in multimedia or graphic design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• Interest or experience in photography and videography.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing visual assets and presentations.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to handle multiple projects.
• Availability to start as soon as possible for at least 3 days a week.
• Willingness to travel for events and shoots.
