In this role, you will not only work on-site but also ensure your team knows what needs to be done. As a Working Foreman, you will be involved in various utility projects for healthcare institutions, housing corporations, and commercial properties. You will support the site manager, lead colleagues on the construction site, and contribute to the work yourself.

You will work closely with the site manager to maintain control over daily operations. You will ensure that tasks are well distributed, monitor progress, and intervene when things do not go as planned.

You will:

• Lead and guide colleagues on the construction site;
• Plan and distribute daily tasks;
• Actively participate in projects;
• Monitor the quality and progress of the work;
• Identify and practically solve bottlenecks;
• Be the point of contact for your team;
• Coordinate with the site manager and other involved parties.

You know when to take action but can also maintain an overview during busy times.
