The Role

Your role as a planning specialist is vital for the success of our logistics services. You will ensure flawless planning for both permanent employees and the flexible workforce in our warehouses. Your responsibilities include:

  • Gathering and analyzing staffing requirements from operations, creating plans based on competencies and availability using our workforce management system, and collaborating with temporary staffing partners to supplement your plans.
  • Analyzing planning results and conducting scenario planning to advise warehouse managers and supervisors.
  • Reviewing KPI reports from temporary staffing partners and addressing any gaps in planning or structural shortages.
  • Initiating improvement proposals based on discussions with fellow resource planners.
