As a Wholesale Operations Support Coordinator, you will focus on customer satisfaction and take on responsibilities independently, analyzing complex situations to find effective solutions.

The Role

You will manage and release orders, understand seasonal inventory logic for reorders, and ensure timely order confirmations to customers. Your responsibilities will include monitoring order status throughout the selling phases and organizing shipments for the Italian market. You will also prepare reports, maintain customer partnerships, and handle return authorizations while collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Enter, manage, and release orders, reorders, and swaps.
• Understand seasonal inventory for effective stock placement.
• Send order confirmations to customers on schedule.
• Monitor order status from placement to delivery.
• Ensure order accuracy during selling campaigns.
• Organize shipments for the Italian market.
• Prepare weekly reports and conduct regular reviews.
• Develop strong partnerships with customer contacts.
• Manage return authorizations and communicate return requirements.
• Update Customer Master data with assistance.
• Learn and navigate various system entry and reporting tools.
• Act independently to resolve issues with a creative mindset.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales Agents, and Logistics.

Requirements

• College degree (MBO or equivalent).
• Previous experience in B2B Customer Service and/or Wholesale Operations Support is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and other IT systems.
• Mandatory knowledge of English and Italian; additional European languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus.
• Understanding of Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance principles in Fashion/Luxury organizations.
