Bij Vlirdens zoeken we een consultant die niet op een eilandje zit, maar met beide benen in de praktijk staat.

Wat krijg jij van ons?!

We vallen meteen met de deur in huis. Arbeidsvoorwaarden check je toch als eerste. Dus:

Geld - €3.500 tot €6.250 per maand op basis van 40 uur – afhankelijk van ervaring en achtergrond
Winstdeling – zo delen we samen ons succes
Leaseauto of mobiliteitsvergoeding – jij kiest
Fietsleaseplan - mogelijkheid om via ons een fiets te leasen, wij betalen €25 euro per maand mee. Gebruik ‘m zoals jij dat wilt, voor werk of privé
Pensioenregeling – zo heb je ook later je schaapjes op het droge
Tools – Laptop, telefoonvergoeding, onkostenvergoeding en tools die jij nodig hebt om succesvol te zijn
Persoonlijk ontwikkelprogramma – zodat je blijft groeien
Toegewijde peoplemanager – iemand die écht naast je staat
Fun – Veel team- en organisatie uitjes

Wat ga je eigenlijk doen?

Jij helpt organisaties in beweging te komen. Of dat nou bij de Efteling, Carglass of Rabobank is, jij zorgt ervoor dat de planning soepel loopt. Jij komt met een frisse blik, hebt lef en zegt: “Hé, dit kan slimmer!”

Analyse & advies - Je analyseert en optimaliseert processen en personeelsinzet. Je geeft advies dat hout snijdt.
Interim – Je vervult interim rollen en bouwt (pro)actief mee aan organisatieverandering.
Implementeren & uitvoeren - Je helpt organisaties bij veranderingen, van planningssystemen tot compleet nieuwe teams.
Samen impact maken - Je maakt impact met hoofd en hart – je snapt data, maar je werkt met mensen. En als het nodig is, help je gewoon zelf even mee.
