The Role

As a warehouse team leader healthcare, you are responsible for directing and motivating your team. You work in a dynamic environment with various customers and play a crucial role in ensuring warehouse processes run smoothly and efficiently. You contribute to this.

Responsibilities

Ensure daily operations run seamlessly in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients.
Use your leadership skills to optimize processes and elevate your team.
Contribute ideas and input for projects aimed at improving logistics processes and procedures.
Coach, train, and manage your team members.
Enforce and monitor compliance with legal, company, and safety regulations.
Lead daily operations and ensure everything stays on track.
Work day shifts or rotating shifts, depending on your preference and availability.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
Knowledge of logistics processes within a warehouse.
Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule.
A good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
