In this role, you will be responsible for the administrative and logistical support of warehouse management. You will manage the DBM locations in Amsterdam and Amersfoort, with Amsterdam as your primary base. Occasionally, you will assist colleagues at the Amersfoort location.

• Placing orders.
• Creating purchase orders.
• Requesting and comparing quotes.
• Sending tools for calibration.
• Registering new tools in the management system.
• Labeling tools.
• Processing outbound shipments, returns, and other inventory changes.
• Picking and issuing internal orders.
• Monitoring inventory administration.
• Maintaining contact with suppliers and internal colleagues regarding orders, deliveries, and availability.
• Managing the complete administrative handling of warehouse management.

The Logistics-DBM department (Sustainable Business Resources) consists of a close-knit team of 22 enthusiastic colleagues. Together, we are responsible for resource management within Croonwolter&dros. The department falls under the Manager of Purchasing & Logistics and includes a DBM coordinator and various employees with their own specialties. You will work from our locations in Amsterdam or Amersfoort and maintain intensive contact with colleagues in the North-West region and external suppliers.

You are meticulous, administratively strong, and enjoy bringing structure to processes. You can easily switch between various tasks and maintain an overview even during busy moments.

Additionally, you possess:

• MBO work and thinking level;
• Experience with administrative tasks, warehouse management, or inventory management;
• Affinity for technology and tools;
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus;
• Good communication skills;
• A proactive and independent work attitude.
