As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all inbound, storage, and outbound logistics for our customers, including value-added activities, within an innovative and dynamic environment. You will implement new clients, maintain existing relationships, and actively contribute to DSV's future.

How will you achieve this? You will ensure the execution and optimization of the logistics process within our warehouses, meeting production standards, time, quality requirements, and established procedures. You will accomplish this by:

• Leading an average of 1 to 3 (senior) warehouse team leaders and indirectly managing 5 to 45 warehouse employees.
• Coaching and guiding your team.
• Coordinating the logistics activities of your department with other internal departments.
• Providing management information based on agreed targets/KPIs.
• Monitoring execution in qualitative and quantitative terms, focusing on quality and security requirements, and taking corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Initiating and securing continuous improvement for our operational processes.

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a logistics or production environment.
• A passion for logistics that you can convey to others.
• Proficiency in English, with Dutch being a plus.
