The Role

Our stores are the life and soul of our business; they act as our main touch points with our ever-evolving consumer base. As the world of retail evolves, our stores must set the tone for what our two brands are all about. As a Visual Merchandising Supervisor, you will play a key role in achieving all elements of retail, balancing day-to-day operations, commercial and visual aspects. You will lead by example, maintain exacting standards of presentation, and inspire your teams through your passion for our brands.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the efficient running of the shop floor to achieve the highest levels of customer service, sales, and profit.
• Support the management team in managing all personnel, product, and merchandising functions.
• Participate in weekly management meetings and communicate marketing and sales promotions to staff.
• Drive shop floor sales and exceed store targets while providing an exemplary customer journey.
• Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and colleagues fairly.
• Support the team in delivering business strategies and ensure consistent training in product knowledge and VM standards.
• Perform manager-on-duty functions and manage store opening/closing.
• Ensure staff accountability in building a repeat customer base through exceptional service.
• Uphold and manage the visual proposition for the store by adhering to guidelines.
• Collaborate with the field VM to map floor space and product collections.

Requirements

• Retail experience, ideally with visual or creative skills.
• Previous supervisory or specialist roles within a premium or luxury brand.
• Effective communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and understand VM basics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to celebrate team contributions.
• Fast adaptability and energetic presence on the shop floor.
