Would you like to join MaxMara as a Visual Merchandiser for The Netherlands? In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the brand image at sales outlets in line with company guidelines.
The Role
You will manage:
- Developing shop window and merchandising displays that align with company guidelines and the needs of sales outlets;
- Supervising and monitoring assigned sales outlets to ensure compliance with brand image standards, maintaining constant communication with stores, both on-site and remotely;
- Training store personnel on design choices related to Visual Merchandising and their implementation;
- Defining visual elements and displays to convey brand stories and content consistent with the brand's aesthetic standards using innovative technical solutions;
- Enhancing staff knowledge through appropriate off/online training activities, focusing on product display techniques;
- Supporting sales in achieving daily targets.
If you have a passion for fashion, a customer-oriented approach, expertise in retail sales, and strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, we want to hear from you! Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Italian is a plus.
