Als Visual Merchandiser Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van een inspirerende en consistente klantervaring. Je leidt, coacht en ontwikkelt jouw Visual Merchandising-team om visuele en commerciële standaarden te waarborgen.
Wat je gaat doen
- Zorgdragen voor de uitvoering van de visuele en commerciële presentatie volgens de winkelrichtlijnen voor een geweldige klantervaring.
- Analyseren van verkoopdoelen, ontwikkelen van optimalisatieacties en deze samen met je team doelgericht uitvoeren om de verkoop en commerciële impact te vergroten.
- Aansturen van je Visual Merchandising-team in de organisatie, planning en prioritering van taken en dit afstemmen met het Store Management Team.
- Coachen en ontwikkelen van je team om mode- en trendbewustzijn te stimuleren en de visuele en commerciële vaardigheden binnen het hele winkelteam te versterken.
