We are a licensed iGaming product focused on the Ukrainian market, currently experiencing rapid growth and scaling with the ambition to become the top choice for players in Ukraine. We are seeking an experienced VIP Player Manager to take ownership of the VIP player segment and strengthen long-term relationships with high-value players through personalized communication and premium customer experience.
The Role
In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players by providing highly personalized service and support. You will communicate with VIP players through various channels, including calls, chats, email, Telegram, and WhatsApp, even outside regular working hours when necessary. Your focus will be on retaining existing VIP players, reactivating inactive high-value customers, and monitoring player activity to identify growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players through personalized service.
- Communicate with VIP players across multiple channels, including outside regular hours when needed.
- Retain existing VIP players and reactivate inactive high-value customers.
- Monitor player activity and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and churn risks.
- Coordinate retention campaigns, loyalty activities, and personalized engagement initiatives for VIPs.
- Manage VIP incentives, rewards, bonuses, and exclusive offers to maximize player satisfaction.
- Handle VIP player requests, complaints, and objections with a solution-oriented approach.
- Take full ownership of the assigned VIP player portfolio to ensure long-term retention.
- Ensure all tasks and communications align with established KPIs and business goals.
- Prioritize proactive communication with players to enhance engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with CRM, Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams to improve the VIP experience.
- Prepare regular reports on VIP segment performance and retention activities.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improving VIP operations.
- Continuously develop industry knowledge and stay updated on iGaming trends.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in iGaming focusing on VIP, retention, or player support.
- Strong understanding of VIP player behavior and retention mechanics.
- Experience with CRM systems and VIP segmentation.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with personalized player engagement and outbound communication.
- Ability to work with KPIs and performance targets.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience in Tier-1 markets is a plus.
- German B2 – Upper Intermediate.
