About this role: The Video Content Creator is responsible for the development and execution of video and live productions across Studios and Marketing. This role combines creative production, technical expertise, and production ownership to deliver high-quality and scalable media experiences. You will work closely with Product, Studios, Marketing, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient production delivery, strong storytelling, and consistent quality.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Execute productions: Manage end-to-end video and live productions, including filming, editing, and studio operation, as well as research for shooting locations and experts.
- Manage delivery: Oversee productions from briefing through delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.
- Collaborate widely: Work with creative, production, and technical stakeholders to deliver engaging, scalable content.
- Improve processes: Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and support the adoption of AI-enhanced production tools.
- Maintain standards: Ensure consistent production quality across projects.
- Build future-proof infrastructure: Contribute to studio equipment management, render workflows, storage solutions, and technical tooling.
This role is for you if you have:
- 3–5 years of experience in video production and post-production.
- Experience with live productions, technical production setups, and studio operations.
- A strong affinity for innovation, scalable media production, and AI-enhanced workflows.
- Experience working cross-functionally with creative, operational, and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with broadcast and/or cinema cameras.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Nice to have: Experience with AI-assisted tools such as Synthesia and Artlist's AI.
This role is not for you if:
- You prefer to follow a fixed process rather than simplify and improve production workflows.
- You would rather handle one part of a production instead of owning it end-to-end, from concept through delivery.
- You are not curious about AI tools and new production technology and how they could enhance your work.
- You prefer to wait for direction instead of proactively addressing operational challenges.
