What You'll Be Doing

• Generate new commercial opportunities for strategic vendors through outbound prospecting, targeted outreach, and multi-channel engagement.
• Collaborate with partners across EMEA to understand their business objectives, identify growth potential, and connect them with suitable vendor solutions.
• Introduce qualified opportunities to vendor teams and Pax8 technical specialists, facilitating the progression of prospects through demonstrations, discovery conversations, and validation activities.
• Leverage data and market insights to identify untapped opportunities within existing partner accounts and end-customer landscapes.
• Ensure accurate pipeline visibility, activity tracking, and opportunity reporting while contributing to business reviews and performance discussions.
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales teams, alliance managers, and technical specialists to maximize partner outcomes.
• Continuously expand your knowledge through training, coaching, development programs, and hands-on learning opportunities.

• Significant experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation, or partner-facing commercial roles.
• Proven success in identifying, qualifying, and advancing new business opportunities.
• Strong prospecting skills through calls, email outreach, and multi-touch engagement campaigns.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and secure conversations with decision-makers.
• Experience managing sales activity, reporting, and pipeline development through CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of technology sales environments, channel models, or partner ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and a disciplined approach to activity management.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to build productive relationships across various teams.
• Resilience, adaptability, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages such as German, Dutch, Swedish, or Latvian is a significant advantage.
