Als Veiligheidsspecialist ben je het aanspreekpunt voor veilig werken binnen een diverse organisatie met werkomgevingen zoals kassen, laboratoria, productie en kantoren. Je denkt mee met managers en teamleiders over veiligheid en ondersteunt hen bij de praktische toepassing van beleid en afspraken.
Je werkt vanuit Nederland, met de mogelijkheid om internationaal actief te zijn. Internationale inzet is geen vereiste, maar biedt een mooie kans. Je bent regelmatig op de werkvloer te vinden om de praktijk goed te begrijpen. Je combineert kennis van wet- en regelgeving met een pragmatische aanpak. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere:
- Vertalen van Arbowetgeving naar beleid en implementatie binnen alle afdelingen.
- Ondersteunen van afdelingen bij het up-to-date houden en evalueren van Risico-Inventarisaties en -Evaluaties (RI&E’s).
- Adviseren over diverse veiligheidsthema's en het verhogen van veiligheidsbewustzijn.
- Analyseren van trends en deze inzichten vertalen naar beleid en verbeterprojecten.

Als Veiligheidsspecialist maak je deel uit van het Quality Assurance, Safety & Environment team, dat beleid en regelgeving rond kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu vertaalt naar de praktijk.
