We are looking for a UX Writer to join our UX Writing and Content Design organization within the Marketing department. Our team consists of over 70 writers who collaborate closely.

The Role

As a UX Writer, you will set and drive the craft direction for Booking.com's B2B Partnerships ecosystem. This includes developing partner-facing product experiences and integrating external AI solutions with companies like OpenAI and Google. You will manage a range of topics, from fee management tools to complex GenAI flows, requiring attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity.

You will work closely with multiple product teams, collaborating with Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, and UX designers. Your tasks will vary from deep dives into complex topics to quick responses to smaller requests.

Our mission is to provide the best value and the easiest travel experience for our customers. You will have the opportunity to create products that millions of travelers and partners use globally across web and app platforms.

In this role, you will partner with iterative product teams while benefiting from the support and resources of a large UX organization consisting of nearly 200 writers, designers, and researchers. You will report to the UX Writing Manager, who will assist you in your growth and development.

UX Writers at Booking.com produce clear and concise messaging that enhances the end-to-end user experience. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, as we thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment where inclusivity, openness, and humility are prioritized. Most of your writing will be translated into over 44 languages and dialects, necessitating close collaboration with peers and stakeholders from Marketing, Brand, and Legal to ensure timely and scalable delivery.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties

Write clear and concise content across online channels and platforms to impact key business metrics.
Provide Language Specialists with sufficient context for translating your ideas for local audiences.
Utilize qualitative and quantitative data, along with key business metrics, to measure the impact of your work and iterate based on insights.
Collaborate with other UX Writers to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints, adhering to our craft standards and guidelines.
Partner with Product Managers, UX Writers, Designers, Researchers, Developers, and others to develop and execute business strategies through your writing.

Role Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in UX Writing, preferably in e-commerce or data-driven product teams.
Experience with AI topics, including prompting and quality assessment.
Fluent in English.
A portfolio demonstrating your UX writing experience.
Passionate about advocating for users and dedicated to crafting elegant user experiences.
Ability to write intuitive, future-proof, and scalable copy.
Technically savvy, with a grasp of experimentation and data-driven insights.
Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
Open to feedback, demonstrating creative thinking and iterations.
Enjoy working with diverse teams and backgrounds.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Capable of prioritizing multiple projects and stakeholders.
