As an Underwriting Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in administering international insurance programs, particularly in Large Commercial Property Insurance. Once underwriting has finalized a deal, you will oversee the entire policy issuance process across various countries. This includes coordinating with international partners, providing guidance to local offices, and ensuring timely and accurate policy issuance. You will serve as a central point of contact, collaborating closely with both internal and external stakeholders while managing multiple priorities and complex administrative processes.

• Manage the complete administration of international insurance policies, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance worldwide.
• Gather and prepare data and policy documentation for new business and renewals.
• Coordinate international insurance programs with stakeholders.
• Provide clear instructions to network partners for local policy issuance within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Review, process, and maintain policy amendments and updates.
• Prepare reports and supply policy-related information to clients.
• Support business and system improvement initiatives by contributing to relevant IT projects.

Vereisten:

• Minimum of MBO Level 4 diploma or higher.
• Preferred experience in insurance administration; knowledge of international property insurance is an advantage.
• Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch language skills are a strong plus.
• Service-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen interest in international business processes.
