We are seeking an entrepreneurial Underwriter Construction All Risks (CAR) (and Claims Handler CAR) for one of the world's largest international MGAs. You will have the autonomy to independently assess complex construction risks, further develop relationships with brokers, and actively contribute to the growth of the Dutch CAR portfolio.

As a CAR Underwriter, you will be responsible for assessing, accepting, and developing complex construction risks. You will combine technical expertise with commercial insight and have the space to apply your own vision to the portfolio. Your tasks will include:

• Evaluating, accepting, and pricing complex CAR risks within the construction and infrastructure sector;
• Analyzing construction projects, contractual risks, insured interests, and technical exposures;
• Independently making underwriting decisions within your authority;
• Maintaining and expanding relationships with national and international brokers;
• Collaborating with CAR Claims specialists and leveraging claims experiences in risk assessment and portfolio development;
• Identifying commercial opportunities and actively contributing to the further growth of the CAR portfolio.
