The Role

You will lead the planning and execution of UAV demonstration campaigns, ensuring aircraft readiness, technical alignment, and logistics coordination. Your role will involve:

• Building and maintaining demonstration schedules to meet milestones and operational requirements.
• Coordinating aircraft availability, maintenance activities, payload integration, and system readiness prior to demonstrations.
• Supervising UAV operators, technicians, and support personnel during campaigns and deployments.
• Monitoring operational risks and implementing mitigation measures for successful mission execution.
• Supporting customer-facing activities and representing Destinus during demonstrations and evaluations.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in UAV operations, military aviation, aerospace operations, flight testing, or defense environments.
• Proven experience leading operational teams and managing complex field activities.
• A military background is strongly preferred, particularly in aviation, reconnaissance, UAV operations, or special operations.
• Strong engineering understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams.
• Experience in managing aircraft readiness, maintenance coordination, and mission execution.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with fluency in English required.
• A willingness to travel internationally as needed.
