Become a Trilogy Co-Author | Founding Cohort 2026

You've developed a unique perspective and method that guides leaders, but your existing materials may not fully capture your distinctiveness. A published book trilogy can give your expertise a life beyond your immediate presence, reaching a wider audience.

Over nine months, senior practitioners will collaborate to co-author an international book trilogy, focusing on three scales of woven leadership impact.

Who this is for:

Senior practitioners from around the globe who are already running a viable practice, including:

• Executive coaches
• Leadership consultants
• C-suite advisors
• HR strategists
• Organisational advisors
• Systems-level consultants

The perspective:

• Grounded in servant leadership and collective intelligence
• Structured across three scales: individual leadership presence, team and organisational dynamics, and systemic, cross-sector impact
• Each phase results in one book, centered on one of these scales

What's involved:

• Group sessions and dedicated one-on-one meetings each phase to shape your chapter
• Primarily developed through shared conversation rather than solo writing
• Editorial direction, professional design, and global publication managed throughout
• Minimal time commitment required, no prior writing experience necessary

Your guide:

Youri Hermes, an accomplished author of multiple book trilogies, will lead this initiative. He has also served as the editorial lead on a collective book featuring twelve esteemed Dutch experts and ghostwrites for entrepreneurs and public figures worldwide. He will personally facilitate every session in this founding cohort.

The structure:

• Participate in one book, two books, or the entire trilogy
• 12 invitation-only spots available for each book, carefully selected
• Applications close in October, with the cohort starting in December 2026

The process:

1. Submit any CV you have on file; it won't be closely reviewed as it may be outdated for entrepreneurs and senior practitioners.
2. We will evaluate the experience on your LinkedIn profile and/or website. If your background aligns, Youri will contact you directly to arrange a brief exploratory call in September.
3. If the conversation confirms a good fit, you'll receive practical details regarding the timeline, structure, investment, and other necessary information to make your decision.
4. Your spot will be reserved only when both parties agree to proceed.
