We are looking for a Travel Adviser to coordinate travel arrangements for clients, whether for leisure or corporate purposes. This role requires a blend of extensive destination knowledge and operational efficiency to ensure every trip is executed flawlessly.

The Role

You will be responsible for planning and booking travel itineraries, advising clients on various travel-related matters, and resolving any issues that may arise during trips. Your expertise will help clients navigate their travel logistics smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Plan and book customized travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transfers, and activities based on client preferences.
• Provide guidance to clients on destinations, visa requirements, travel insurance, and logistics.
• Address and resolve issues during trips such as delays, cancellations, and rebookings.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and traveler profiles in GDS and booking platforms.
• Foster relationships with hotel, airline, and DMC partners.
• Achieve revenue, attachment, and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in travel advisory, corporate travel, or agency roles.
• Familiarity with GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, Apollo) is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of various travel destinations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a commitment to client service.
• Ability to provide after-hours support during traveler emergencies.
• IATA or equivalent certification is a plus.
