The Role

As a Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new construction projects or existing real estate. You will be supported by real estate experts, lawyers, and project developers, and you will collaborate with two fellow Transaction Managers. You will write investment proposals that impact the target group, financially underpinning them and presenting them to the Investment Committee. Woonzorg Nederland has properties across the country, so you will work on projects nationally. Your network and experience in the real estate sector will help you quickly identify interesting projects for Woonzorg.

The biggest challenge in this role is balancing the fast-paced commercial real estate market with the more bureaucratic internal organization of Woonzorg Nederland. This requires seniority, flexibility, and composure. This position is ideally suited for a real estate professional with transaction experience, familiar with the care and/or residential investment market. You know both worlds and can switch as needed.

Woonzorg is set up for location-independent work, so there are no restrictions on your place of residence. The team meets in Amstelveen on Mondays to promote progress and collaboration. Requirements

• You are an experienced real estate professional with experience in acquisition and/or disposition processes.
• You work at HBO+ / WO level.
• Preferably, you have experience in both commercial and social real estate.
• You are well-informed about applicable laws and regulations.
• A background in the housing association sector, as an investor, or as a project developer is highly suitable for this role.

What We Offer

You will receive a gross monthly salary between €5,097 and €6,890 for a full-time position of 36 hours, depending on your knowledge and experience. This position falls within scale K of the CAO housing services. The role is available for 32 to 36 hours per week, with the possibility of a 4x9 hour workweek.
