Your Strength

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience as a Clinical Specialist, Training & Education Specialist, Product Specialist, or in the aortic repair/endovascular field.
• Proficiency in delivering technical and clinical product training.
• Knowledge of endovascular therapies, anatomy, and pathology.
• Experience in developing training materials, educational programs, and e-learning content.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Excellent presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across international, cross-functional teams.

Your Contribution

• Develop, deliver, and continuously improve Training & Education programs across the EMEA region.
• Plan and conduct internal and external product training, certification, and onboarding activities.
• Create and maintain training materials, e-learning modules, and educational documentation.
• Manage assigned learning content and support the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Coordinate onboarding, reinforcement, and recertification programs.
• Support customer workshops and educational events across EMEA.
• Manage training equipment and educational resources to ensure training readiness.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Clinical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Marketing, and Sales.
• Act as the subject matter expert for assigned Training & Education programs.
