In the morning, your mentor will pick you up in the BAM bus, and together you will head to the location in Eindhoven. Dressed in your recognizable BAM outfit, you will work alongside your mentor. No day is the same: sometimes you will resolve urgent issues, and other times you will perform maintenance tasks, such as replacing electrical components or fixing a boiler or heat pump.

You will learn the trade in practice, working four days a week at a recognized training company while attending theoretical lessons at school one day a week. This way, you combine learning and working, receive a salary, and work towards your diploma. Additionally, you will have a personal guide from the BAM Training Company to support you optimally. Together with your mentor and colleagues, you will make every day educational and enjoyable, with room for a joke and a good conversation.

• A salary between €1,063 and €2,800 gross every four weeks, depending on your knowledge and experience, based on a 40-hour workweek and excluding 8% vacation pay;
