The Role

As a Trainee in Commercial Operations in Eindhoven, you will collaborate with the sales organization to convert customer needs into comprehensive lighting solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing the bid, quote, and pricing processes to ensure high-quality proposals that align with company growth and profitability targets. You will assist in selecting the appropriate technical solutions for customer projects and gain in-depth knowledge of our products, systems, and services, including lifecycle services and circular lighting. You will follow lighting projects from pre-order to execution, interact directly with B2B customers, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or relevant experience in a commercial or technical customer service role.
• Willingness to learn about the bid, quote, and pricing processes, making this an excellent opportunity for recent graduates.
• Native Dutch speaker with strong English proficiency.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset aimed at exceeding customer expectations.
