As a Trading Support Representative, you will serve as a vital point of contact for our clients, assisting them with our trading platform and services. You will help both private and professional investors with various inquiries via phone, email, and chat, including questions about the platform, investment accounts, order placements, and different financial products.

The Role

This position also involves considerable translation work between Finnish and English, along with proofreading and reviewing various content types. Thus, fluency in both languages and excellent written communication skills are crucial.

Additionally, you will assist in managing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring that all necessary information is accurately collected and recorded in our systems. Attention to detail and accuracy are paramount due to the legal and regulatory requirements we must adhere to.

You will also engage in various projects and contribute to the ongoing development of our services and processes. This role offers a high level of responsibility from the outset, allowing you to enhance your knowledge of financial markets and evolve into a financial industry professional. We provide comprehensive training materials and access to a dedicated learning portal to facilitate your knowledge growth.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English.
• A passion for finance and investing, with an interest in various financial products.
• A higher education degree.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Quick learner with a hands-on, quality-focused approach.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new programs swiftly.
• Service-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in assisting customers.
• Proactive and collaborative work approach.
• Willingness to stay in the Netherlands for at least a year.
• Experience in marketing, including Google Ads and WordPress, is advantageous but not required.
