We are looking for a TikTok Shop Content Strategist to lead the creative and content strategy for TikTok Shop across multiple markets. You will be responsible for identifying what works on TikTok, transforming trends and product insights into compelling creator briefs, reviewing content prior to publication, and aiding in the development of a scalable content engine for TikTok Shop.

The Role

You will own the TikTok Shop content strategy across target markets, monitor platform trends, viral formats, and best practices, and create clear briefs and content concepts for creators and production teams. Your role includes reviewing and approving content to ensure it features strong hooks, effective storytelling, and appropriate product presentation, while collaborating with e-commerce, marketing, and creative teams to support commercial objectives. Additionally, you will adapt content strategies for various markets and audiences, analyze content performance, and develop scalable content frameworks and guidelines.

Requirements

• Experience in TikTok Shop, social commerce, creator marketing, short-form video, social media strategy, or performance creative.
• Strong understanding of TikTok content mechanics, trends, hooks, formats, and creator-led storytelling.
• Ability to turn trends and product insights into practical content briefs.
• Experience briefing creators, UGC creators, editors, designers, or production teams.
• Strong eye for content quality: visuals, pacing, structure, storytelling, product demonstration, and call-to-action.
• Ability to review content and provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback.
