About the Role

We are looking for a TikTok Content Creator to lead our TikTok channel and expand its reach and audience. This role is not about managing a social calendar or reposting updates; we want someone who lives and breathes TikTok, understands internet culture, and can transform products and trends into compelling content. You will have the freedom to decide what to create, find trends, develop concepts, and continuously analyze performance data to optimize our content strategy.

As our TikTok Creator, you will personally create content, appear on camera, and develop a recognizable personality for the channel. You will collaborate with our Video Editor, Motion Designers, Graphic Designer, and Educational Content Producer, but the success of the channel will ultimately be your responsibility. We expect a high volume of content and experimentation, with successful concepts quickly transformed into recurring formats.

This is a full-time, in-office position at our Amsterdam HQ, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days.

What You Will Do

• Own the TikTok channel and be accountable for growing views, reach, and audience.
• Create and present TikTok content consistently.
• Develop original concepts around AI, creativity, technology, and trends.
• Stay attuned to TikTok trends and quickly turn them into content.
• Create strong hooks to capture attention in the first seconds of videos.
• Showcase Creative Fabrica's AI tools in engaging ways without turning every video into an advertisement.
• Maintain a high publishing pace, testing numerous ideas.
• Analyze performance metrics and refine content strategies based on data.
• Engage with the TikTok community and collaborate with other creators.

What You Will Need

• 2+ years of experience creating short-form content, particularly on TikTok.
• Proven track record of generating organic views and engagement.
• Strong understanding of TikTok culture, platform mechanics, and storytelling.
• Confidence on camera with a strong personality.
• Ability to manage end-to-end production, from concept to publication, with basic editing skills.
• A data-informed mindset, comfortable with frequent publishing and experimentation.
• Curiosity about AI and excellent command of English.

Nice to Have

• A personal TikTok account or portfolio with videos achieving 100K+ or 1M+ views.
• Experience building recurring TikTok formats or series.
• Familiarity with creating content around AI and technology.
• Experience in making brand accounts feel like creator accounts or working in fast-paced environments.
