Would you like to apply your welding expertise to high-tech systems for an ASML supplier? At Lamers High Tech Systems in Wijchen, you will work on premium stainless steel piping and gas distribution systems for the semiconductor sector. Your welding efforts will directly impact the advanced technology used in high-tech applications and ASML.

The Role

As an Orbital Welder / TIG Welder, your primary task will be to weld and assemble thin-walled stainless steel piping and gas distribution systems, requiring precision, technical understanding, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Execute orbital welding on thin-walled stainless steel tubes following technical drawings.
• Perform TIG welding on stainless steel pipes and components.
• Work with stainless steel tubes ranging from approximately 5 to 20 mm in diameter.
• Weld stainless steel components with wall thicknesses between 0.5 to 2.0 mm.
• Purge pipes to eliminate oxygen prior to welding.
• Independently clamp, align, and inspect products before welding.
• Interpret and implement technical drawings and work instructions.
• Produce accurate and repeatable welds.
• Adhere to strict quality and cleanroom standards.

This role is not typical production work; you will manufacture components where precision, reliability, and quality are crucial.

Requirements

You will excel in this position if you:

• Hold an MBO level 3/4 education, preferably in TIG welding or stainless steel welding.
• Have experience in TIG welding, with orbital welding as a plus.
• Can read and apply technical drawings.
• Have experience with or a preference for thin-walled stainless steel.
• Work meticulously with a strong focus on quality.
• Are willing to work in a 2-shift system.
• Possess at least a B1 level of Dutch or English.

• A gross monthly salary of €3,000 to €3,500, including a 17% shift allowance.
