As a Tender Manager, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new projects. You will be responsible for the complete tender process, ensuring that complex client inquiries are translated into distinctive, commercially viable, and technically robust proposals. You will analyze client requests, determine the most promising tender strategy in collaboration with internal stakeholders, and coordinate the entire tender process from request to submission. You will manage multiple tenders simultaneously while continuously monitoring planning, quality, risks, and commercial strength. In this role, you will work closely with engineers, consultants, discipline managers, project managers, and executives, bringing all parties together to ensure that knowledge, expertise, and commercial objectives are translated into a compelling proposal for the client.
