  • Signaleert en analyseert aanbestedingskansen.
  • Beoordeelt tenderdocumenten en stelt een winnende strategie op.
  • Coördineert het volledige inschrijvingsproces.
  • Stuurt een multidisciplinair tenderteam aan (sales, operations, finance, etc.).
  • Schrijft en redigeert overtuigende EMVI-plannen.
  • Bewaakt planning, deadlines en kwaliteit.
  • Evalueert aanbestedingen om continu te verbeteren.

Jij houdt het overzicht, bewaart de rust en weet mensen te verbinden rondom één doel: winnen.

Functie-eisen

  • Afgeronde opleiding op HBO of WO niveau, richting Bouwkunde of Vastgoed.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met tenders of aanbestedingen.
  • Ervaring met (Europese) aanbestedingen is een pré.
  • Sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden.
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
  • Analytisch vermogen én commercieel inzicht.
  • Overtuigingskracht en verbindend leiderschap.
