You will have ownership of your tender processes, experienced colleagues to brainstorm with, and room to further improve our approach. Additionally, you can expect:

• A gross monthly salary of €3,500 to €5,000 based on a 40-hour work week

You can demonstrate that you have independently managed tender processes. You plan carefully, delve into the content, and are not afraid to ask questions, even when input comes from an experienced colleague or director.

Additionally, you have:

• HBO work and thinking level
• Relevant tender experience, for example, at a labor mediator, broker, MSP, contractor, or procurement department; around 1-2 years may be sufficient if you have already led independent processes
• Strong verbal and written skills in Dutch and English
• Proficiency in Excel and the ability to see connections and use data effectively
• A proactive approach: you take the lead, engage people, and help drive decisions forward
