Are you ready to play a key role in the development of major offshore energy projects across the APAC region? For one of our clients, an international leader in offshore and marine energy projects, we are looking for an experienced Tender & Acquisition Manager – Subsea Cables APAC. In this role, you will combine commercial leadership, business development, and technical understanding to identify and secure new subsea cable opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region.

The Role

You will take the lead from the early stages of an opportunity through to tender submission, negotiations, and contract award. Working with clients, partners, and multidisciplinary internal teams, you will help shape competitive solutions for complex offshore cable projects.

Responsibilities

Develop a strong pipeline of subsea cable opportunities across APAC through market intelligence, networking, and client engagement.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, utilities, cable manufacturers, partners, and subcontractors.
Assess opportunities and lead bid/no-bid recommendations in line with the company's strategy and risk appetite.
Translate client requirements and contractual conditions into a clear tender strategy and execution plan.
Lead multidisciplinary tender teams across Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance, Procurement, QHSE, and Project Controls.
Drive technical concepts, project schedules, cost estimates, pricing, and commercial proposals.
Identify, assess, and manage key risks and opportunities throughout the tender process.
Coordinate partners, suppliers, and subcontractors, including commercial and contractual agreements.
Lead client clarifications, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations together with internal stakeholders.
Ensure a smooth and effective handover from tender to project execution.
