This position centers on financial management, investment planning, risk management, and supporting strategies for complex business changes. You will lead the financial planning, including forecasting, budgeting, and modeling.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading financial planning, encompassing forecasting, budgeting, and modeling.
• Monitoring financial performance against budgets and business case metrics, providing variance analysis and corrective actions.
• Delivering accurate financial data and insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
• Evaluating capital investments across factories to ensure optimal resource allocation.
• Managing financial risks, including sensitivity analysis and risk mitigation.
• Developing comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership, detailing transformation, factory performance, and project progress.
• Ensuring strong coordination between factories for synchronized and accurate reporting in Magnitude.
• Ensuring compliance of financial data with accounting standards and regulations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (operations, supply chain, IT, HR, Shared service center) to integrate financial considerations.
• Supporting project managers in adhering to budget and schedule for savings delivery.
