In this role, you will be the voice of our company, ensuring that every traveler can travel from A to B without worries. By communicating kindly and professionally, you will provide the assistance and answers our travelers need, building their trust in our company. Each day, you will experience the satisfaction of providing answers and delivering the best travel experience.
Wat je goed doet
By being available for everyone, you make a real difference. You helped a mother who wanted to cancel her son's taxi ride to school and spoke with a subcontractor who had a question about a specific ride. By processing all changes accurately, you ensured that your colleagues in the taxi could provide a pleasant ride. You also reassured a woman asking where her taxi for a day activity was. Although the driver was stuck in traffic, he hadn't forgotten her. By listening to her excitedly talk about her day, you brought her a smile. This way, you contribute to a unique customer experience.
