You will assist Eneco in transitioning from reactive to proactive telemetry and incident management for renewable assets. Your role will focus on improving data quality, monitoring, and availability for assets connected to our IoT platform. Working at the intersection of renewables, data, trading, technology, and external partners, you will help build and operate Eneco's renewable energy telemetry landscape, ensuring critical operational data from wind, solar, and battery assets is available, reliable, and actionable.

• Build and operate Eneco's renewable energy telemetry landscape.

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure telemetry supports forecasting, trading, and operational decision-making.
• Improve telemetry data quality and availability management across the organization, moving towards a proactive approach.
• Analyze telemetry data, identify trends and issues, and translate findings into practical actions.
• Support incident triage and classification, define data quality standards, and contribute to telemetry incident management processes.
• Connect new assets, improve monitoring capabilities, and enhance the reliability of the data ecosystem.

You Bring

• HBO or WO level of thinking and working, preferably in Data, IT, Engineering, Business Information Management, or a related field.
• Experience with data analysis, operational process improvement, and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in SQL and preferably Python.
• Familiarity with dashboarding and monitoring tools such as Power BI, Grafana, or similar technologies.
• Affinity with IoT, telemetry, operational data platforms, or industrial systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across business and technical teams.
• A proactive mindset and ownership mentality.
• Experience in renewable energy, asset operations, or energy markets is a plus.
• Dutch language skills are a plus but not required.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Monitoring telemetry data quality and availability for renewable assets connected to Eneco's IoT platform.
• Identifying, analyzing, and investigating data quality issues and operational risks.
• Supporting incident triage, classification, and resolution for telemetry disruptions.
• Defining and maintaining data quality guidelines and operational procedures.
• Designing dashboards and reporting mechanisms for proactive monitoring.
• Collaborating with asset managers, external vendors, and engineering teams to improve data reliability.
• Supporting the onboarding of new renewable assets into Eneco's telemetry ecosystem.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis and business needs.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across technology, operations, trading, and business domains to enhance the connectivity and monitoring of renewable assets.

What We Have To Offer

• Gross annual salary between €83,000 and €117,000, including FlexBudget, 8% holiday allowance, and potential bonuses.
