We are seeking a Technical Project Lead/Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of a telco core project. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines and support engineers in their daily tasks while possessing strong technical knowledge in telecommunications.
We are primarily looking for a Technical Project Lead/Manager who can guide the technical end-to-end delivery of a telco core project (SDL), manage project timelines, and assist team engineers in their daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical delivery of the project, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Support engineers in their day-to-day tasks and provide guidance on technical issues.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and end customer communications.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge and experience in Subscriber Data Management (SDM) as a core solution.
- Deep understanding of 4G and 5G call flows and familiarity with the latest telecommunications technologies, including Packet Core, VoLTE, VoWiFi, and IoT.
- Experience in installing, upgrading, and integrating various SDM core nodes.
- Proven troubleshooting skills related to SDM solutions/nodes.
- Prior experience in leading project delivery or technical management for nodes such as AUSF, UDM, SDL, HSS/HLR, EIR, and MNP.
- Experience in project estimation and sizing.
- Background in project milestone management and technical delivery management.
