We are seeking a Technology Trainer for Anthropic Enablement to design, build, and enhance foundational and advanced training curricula focused on Claude's capabilities and the Anthropic API.

About the Company

NewRocket is a Top 100 Preferred Partner with over 50 certified CCAF practitioners, specializing in enterprise adoption of Claude and establishing Claude Squads to integrate Claude into client workflows.

The Role

As a Technology Trainer, you will create engaging training materials, including slide decks, hands-on labs, and quick-reference guides. You will also keep the curricula updated as new Claude models are released and deliver live training sessions both virtually and in person.

Responsibilities

Design and continuously improve 101 (foundational) and 201 (technical/advanced) training curricula for Claude and the Anthropic API.
Develop supporting enablement materials such as slide decks, labs, and certification assessments.
Deliver engaging live training sessions to various audiences, including internal teams, partners, and clients.
Tailor content for different audiences, from non-technical users to developers.
Own and evolve NewRocket's internal Anthropic certification program, tracking certification status and effectiveness.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in technical training or related customer-facing technical roles.
Strong technical foundation with APIs and hands-on experience with Claude or similar platforms.
Proven experience designing and delivering tiered training curricula.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person formats.
Anthropic Certified Trainer credential or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Nice to Have

Experience training on AI/ML products or enterprise SaaS tools.
Background in software engineering or data science.
Familiarity with ServiceNow AI Agents or similar platforms.
