Roy (Water Treatment Technician at Hellebrekers): “The most important aspect for me is the work atmosphere. That’s why I look forward to going to work every day. The camaraderie is great, and my colleagues and I share similar interests. The positive work environment is a hallmark of Hellebrekers as an employer. There is attention for every employee, and individual situations are taken into account. For example, we consider the travel distance for colleagues who just became fathers, allowing them to get home earlier. The organization is supportive, and if you have a great idea or initiative, it is genuinely acted upon!”
