Ben jij op zoek naar een dynamische rol waarin jij het eerste aanspreekpunt bent voor onze gewaardeerde klanten? Als Beheertechnicus binnen de installatietechniek ben jij de sleutelfiguur die ervoor zorgt dat gebouwgebonden installaties altijd optimaal presteren. Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die kennis heeft van zowel werktuigbouwkundige- als elektrische installaties binnen de gbbs.
De Rol
Je bent regelmatig op locatie (regio Rotterdam/Den Haag) aanwezig om ervoor te zorgen dat alle installaties in topconditie verkeren. Dit omvat niet alleen het beheer van de uitvoering van onderhoud, maar ook het snel en adequaat afhandelen van storingen. Als leidinggevende stuur je de monteurs aan om ervoor te zorgen dat alles soepel verloopt en de klant te allen tijde tevreden is.
Door nauw contact te onderhouden met de klant, ben je goed op de hoogte van hun behoeften en leg je alle gemaakte afspraken helder vast. Je streeft altijd naar kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat Unica's service altijd aan de hoogste normen voldoet, terwijl je tegelijkertijd de klanttevredenheid maximaliseert.
Naast je rol als aanspreekpunt ben je ook actief betrokken bij de uitvoering van het onderhoud, waarbij je jouw technische expertise inzet om een optimale werking van de installaties te garanderen. Met jouw toewijding en professionaliteit draag je bij aan het succes van Unica en de tevredenheid van onze klanten.
