De rol

In this position, you will focus on setting up, measuring, and calibrating automation systems within building management systems. You will work with a keen eye for detail and enjoy understanding system logic. You will also be responsible for coordinating, controlling, and executing all tasks related to commissioning and maintaining measurement and control installations for our clients.

You will work in a dynamic project team and be involved in both new projects and service and maintenance tasks. With your technical knowledge, you will ensure that installations with Priva building automation systems function optimally. You will troubleshoot issues, provide clear explanations to clients, and proactively suggest improvements and comprehensive solutions.

Your tasks will include:

Performing commissioning tasks for measurement and control systems.
Commissioning and checking electrical and mechanical installations.
Resolving technical issues and discrepancies.
Ensuring proper functioning and performance of installations.
Writing programs, conducting measurements, and testing installations.
Instructing and advising clients on the use of installations.
Providing revision data and reporting on completed work and improvement proposals.
Taking responsibility for quality, safety, and work within the agreed budget.
Maintaining sustainable client relationships and identifying additional work opportunities.

Jouw team

BAM is a large organization, but our regional structure keeps the work personal and manageable. You will work in a close-knit team that realizes projects and maintains buildings such as office complexes, hospitals, and football stadiums. The atmosphere is open and informal; colleagues often socialize outside of work and regularly engage in activities together. The base location is Bunnik, but in this hybrid role, you will work with clients in Apeldoorn, Amsterdam, Eindhoven, and Bunnik. We always look for work opportunities in your region to minimize travel time.

A salary between €3,500 and €5,100 gross per 4 weeks based on 40 hours, depending on knowledge and experience, excluding 8% holiday pay.

You are eager to learn, technically skilled, and enjoy further developing your expertise in measurement and control technology. You combine technical knowledge with a service-oriented and customer-friendly attitude and remain calm under pressure. Additionally:

An MBO degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
Affinity with technology and interest in measurement and control technology.
Optional: Experience with or knowledge of Priva building automation.
Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
