Tawantech is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist located in the Philippines to enhance our remote recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and hiring qualified technical professionals across various technology domains.

The Role

As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the entire recruitment cycle for technical positions, from sourcing candidates to the offer stage. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Identifying and attracting qualified candidates for roles in Software Development, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Cybersecurity, ERP, and other IT positions.
• Reviewing CVs and conducting initial screening interviews to assess candidates' technical backgrounds, experience, and communication skills.
• Coordinating technical interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Ensuring accurate and timely updates of candidate information in the recruitment/ATS system.
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Negotiating offers and supporting candidates through the offer and onboarding process.
• Monitoring recruitment progress, hiring timelines, and pipeline performance.
• Staying updated on the Philippine and international technology talent market and current sourcing trends.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Technical Recruitment / IT Talent Acquisition.
• Strong experience in recruiting for technical and IT positions.
• Excellent sourcing skills, particularly on LinkedIn and other online platforms.
• Good understanding of common IT technologies, roles, and technical terminology.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Capability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

• Experience recruiting candidates in the Philippines and/or international markets.
• Experience working with Saudi Arabia / GCC clients is a plus.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
• Experience in a fast-paced technology or outsourcing environment.
