We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our team and focus on sourcing and hiring engineering and technical professionals. This role collaborates closely with engineering leaders to ensure thoughtful recruitment, speaking the language of the engineers you engage with.

The Role

You will manage the full recruitment cycle for engineering and technical positions, sourcing candidates from platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub, and leveraging community connections and referrals. You will conduct technical screenings and work with hiring panels to assess candidates effectively. Coordinating complex interview processes with engineering managers will be part of your responsibilities, as well as negotiating offers to secure top talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical roles
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, GitHub, communities, and referrals
• Conduct technical screenings and collaborate with hiring panels on assessments
• Coordinate intricate interview loops with engineering managers
• Negotiate offers and close candidates competitively
• Maintain ATS hygiene and enhance funnel conversion rates

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting (in-house or agency)
• Strong understanding of engineering roles and technology stacks
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and contemporary ATS platforms
• Excellent sourcing skills (Boolean, X-ray, GitHub search)
• Strong stakeholder management skills with engineering leaders
• Proven track record of closing senior engineers in competitive markets
