On behalf of hotel & hospitality organisation The Social Hub, we are currently recruiting for a Technical Property Manager. The Social Hub is a hybrid hospitality company that combines hotel accommodation, student housing, co-working spaces, and community-focused amenities. De rol

As Technical Property Manager, you will lead and oversee the maintenance function at a regional level, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance within our hubs. Your responsibilities include setting and maintaining maintenance processes, training and developing maintenance teams, and ensuring compliance with policies and standards for technical aspects. This role is vital in ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to industry standards while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Vereisten

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully overseeing maintenance operations for multiple properties.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment maintenance, and regulatory requirements.
• Good knowledge of local regulations around fire safety, legionella, and compliance.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, focusing on practical solutions to complex maintenance challenges.
• Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control within the maintenance function.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages.
